Beast Mode: Project II is an 8 week program designed to build strength, agility, speed, and conditioning from a physical standpoint. You’ll hear many pro’s say that hockey is a 90% mental game, and I believe it to be true. While we’re working on the physical aspect of the athlete, it’s the mental commitment to work hard everyday, regardless of how your body physically feels, that will allow you to become the player/person you wish to be.

Group 1: 

9:00 - 10:00 am

Group 2:

10:00 - 11:00 am

Groups will be based on age and we will let you know what group you are assigned to before we begin.

Speed and conditioning workouts will be at 9:00 am as one big group on Fridays in Phases 2 and 3. They will be outside, weather permitting, at various locations around the city i.e. Lake Hefner.

All workouts will be available on ZOOM if you can’t make it in person.

By committing to this program you’ll not only gain the physical strength you need, but also you’ll be more confident in yourself than ever before. That is, if you put the work in. It takes a daily commitment to put the work in required to complete the program. 

This program is not for everyone. It will test you both mentally and physically. At times you’ll want to quit, but you won’t because the reward of being the strongest version of yourself outweighs the physical demand. I believe in you, and now it’s time for you to do the same.
